A lot better than the previous week, a bigger long run was the focus of this week.
Happy with this week, everything seems to be back to normal so I'll keep it short and sweet.

Thursday: off.
Friday: 24 miles @ 8:45 avg pace (long run).
Saturday: 4 miles @ 9:01 avg pace (recovery).
Sunday: off.
Total weeks mileage: 50 miles.
Great week, 30 miles better than last week.
